Our Yellow Corn Meal has been carefully processed from  selected food-grade yellow corn. The corn milling process is a dry  grinding process where the germ and corn oil are removed. The product is then sifted into a granular or meal consistency.  You'll find our Yellow Corn Meal excellent for making corn meal bread or  muffins. Enjoy this product as a traditional corn meal mush, corn bread  or muffins. Great for tamale pies, casseroles, or as crumb breading mix  for fish and poultry.

Shelf Life: Yellow Corn Meal may be stored in the  sealed #10 can (with included oxygen absorber packet) for 30 years under ideal storage conditions (a cool, dry place).
